These boots are really cute- what you’d expect from Sorel. Unfortunately, the size runs small, so I had to return them. It appears that Altrec (the vendor Amazon uses for this product) wants to make it as difficult as possible to return. The vendor doesn’t process exchanges, only returns, so I have to start all over with a new order. Really, so much more trouble than it had to be!
