Very good service, as always with Amazon. The only reason I did not give these boots a 5 star, is because they are not waterproof. But, they fit true to size, plenty of room in the toe, they are cute, warm, and comfortable.

I’m a college freshman in the suburbs of Philadelphia and I bought these boots when it started to get chilly. I think the boots are super cute. I wish I could’ve got them in brown too. In general they kept my feet warm, except on colder days when the tips of my toes were cold but that’s nothing an extra pair of socks won’t cover. I love these boots!

I purchased these boots for my daughter-in-law. She said they are very comfortable but not very warm. We would recommend these for someone who just wants a comfy and cool boot to wear out or to and from work–not to go out and play in the snow!!
